Posting to Wingscapes Photo Gallery

When Wingscapes launched their BirdCam product, I wonder if they realized just how wild some of us would be for the idea of snapping pictures of birds, squirrels, and just about anything else. Happily, they did accommodate us photo-minded hooligans with a marvelous Photo Gallery resource open to the public. I have been sharing pictures for some time and at last count had uploaded 178 photos---Heavens! Was it really that many? The tool is very easy to use. All one needs to do is set up a free account, go through simple upload menus, and press the magic button. Or, one can see the handiwork of others and even post comments. The search utility seems to run just fine so that one can look for specific birds, places, dates, and other search terms. In fact, I just learned that another BirdCammer has posted from the Triangle area! (I still “own” Cary and, it seems, the North Carolina coast). There is also a companion video gallery with many more BirdCam treasures. Take a look and enjoy the many great images!
