Not Much Traffic at Ground Bath

In contrast to the feeders above it, my ground level bird bath in the southwest back corner isn't getting very much traffic. In today's photography, for example, I produced but 14 photos, only nine of which show birds. Of these, four show this character (Brown Thrasher) and the rest a mix of wrens, House Finches, and Catbirds. Not an impressive showing on a summer day. I've taken pains to site it in a decent location with minimal ambush issues, but no matter where it's been, the bath generally doesn't seem to generate much visitation. But it clearly is a delight for those who do visit, as the aforementioned Thrasher can attest. Well, I'll keep it running. Some day things might change.
