Squirrel Update

It is that time of year again.  And my best laid plans may be coming to ruin.  Yes, it is the season for Tree Rat Love.  I see male squirrels chasing females seemingly everywhere.  So we can be sure small and ravenous young squirrels will soon follow.  But it is also a season for lots of squirrels, period.  For some time I endured what appeared to be one tree rat (code named Chumley) who was more or less of good behavior.  Now we see two (adding Dudley -- think "Harry Potter") and even three squirrels causing trouble.  They are a nuisance but so far have not gotten into the protected feeders.  Will my luck hold out?  Or will these little gray devils get more than I am willing to permit?  Stay tuned...
