Cardinal Box a Huge Hit

The new window box on our sunroom window, installed early January, has definitely been a huge hit.  The extra height helps, the extra capacity (up to 12 oz.) doesn't hurt, and the "privacy" (fewer birds in the immediate area) helps more!  The birds, usually cardinals and House Finches, figured it out quickly and are draining the box in 2-3 days.  And we get a bigger show as the birds seem willing to tolerate us as close as two feet provided we don't make sudden movements.  Best of all, the squirrels have not been able to bother this feeder!  A great deal for a low price tag...
