The End Coming for Thrush Visit

As we move into the last third of winter my thoughts start turning to the changes that will come with the end of the season.  Some species will move out in the next month or so, among them our friend the Hermit Thrush.  This clever bird has become a fixture at the feeders and bird bath and has acquired behaviors far removed from those held four winters ago.  But will Hermie be able to continue visits? is its life getting too short?  are there other Hermit Thrushes that will fill the void when this bird ceases to visit any more?  I am enjoying the sightings while they last!
