And The Young Wren...
I don't think in over four years of using the Wingscapes BirdCam I have ever, knowingly, recorded a juvenile Carolina Wren. Which is to say I probably have and never knew it. In real time observation we are restricted to seeing a behavior, such as the begging shiver. Now I think I have accomplished the feat but catching a sign of the shiver. I imagine the bird on the left is offering the captured insect as a meal. Last I checked wrens did not catch bugs and show them around to their buddies, as people do with fish. And I have proof of another successful 2012 juvenile. Woo hoo!
