One BirdCam feature I confess to not using often is the television output socket. This failure is more a reflection of my television time (below the American average) and tendency to work with BirdCam photos on the computer than by the ease of function. But it is easy! It is a snap to connect the BirdCam to the household “mind magnet” by use of the video cables included in the BirdCam package. The only real trick, if any, is figuring out how to redirect the television input. When I first tried this feature out I eventually discovered an “input” button on the remote that does the job. As always, instruction manuals can come to the rescue! In seconds, you and/or your guests can enjoy images of our feathered friends, or squirrels if you like that sort of thing, in the comfort of the family room. All in all, pretty good viewing---commercial free!
