Neighbors With Feeders

We have new neighbors at Cary BirdCam, and these people have feeders. This is a novel development. I'm only aware of a few odd feeders in the neighborhood, and most of them at a fair distance from mine. But these are on abutting property and I am now in a position to see what competition really means. So far these feeders appear to be empty. I suspect these are "winter feeders" kept stocked only when it is perceived that the birds need the food. Well, all power to them. I am very confident in my record of attracting birds, and I am supportive of those who want to attract these creatures to their back yards. And perhaps I will have a neighbor who I can talk about birds with. A pleasant notion!
