Woo Hoo! New Feeder!

Today the fun---and the Cary BirdCam feeder empire---swelled by one more station. I've added a third platform feeder! For those keeping score this brings my feeder count to twenty one. This particular unit will be the only platform in my nearly complete "Shangri-La" in the lush southwest corner of the property. The thing is supposed to be squirrel-resistant: a metal grid sits above the food that purports to block their snouts. But I know better. The miserable rats will find a weakness and probably within the week. But the birds who prefer a platform perch should enjoy the experience. And then I can get on with the next feeder tree project.
