Yesterday I reported that I used BirdCam as a kinda sorta security camera to discover who was overeating at a remote safflower seed feeder. Well, I have a similar problem at its next door neighbor (a suet basket) and moved BirdCam to investigate. This crime scene prominantly features two of the usual suspects. Catbirds and Carolina Wrens were much in evidence in photos taken across the day. But their activity wasn't much more than expected, and even suet consumption was a bit off Wednesday. Never matter, I will be watching this one for another day or two and see if these characters are behind my ballooning summer suet expenditures.On another note, forgive me for net silence the next day or two. I will not be posting any updates to this blog Friday and Saturday. See you all in a few days.
