Water Wiggler Back in Action

Last season I finally abandoned the old dripper approach at the bird baths. The pipes developed leaks--often catastrophic. In its place I adopted the "Water Wiggler" product that's widely available for purchase. The device does attract birds and is very durable. Even if accidentally soaked a few days' drying brings complete recovery, and two D batteries last a number of weeks. I changed out the deicer a few days ago and installed the wigglers Saturday. Immediately birds showed up at the pedestal bath. Some even use the dome as a perch! So in this regard we are fully ready for summer watering. On to more conversion!
