Jackpot

I have to love those crazy eastern Bluebirds. Over a week ago I found a lone egg in the post box. I've seen more bluebird activity there. And today I poked my nose in for another look. And what do we have here? why, more eggs. As before, there was no attending adult bird in sight. Perhaps it's warm enough that none need to be around every minute. Whatever the case, we just continue to hit the jackpot this season with the young'uns, and to my disbelief, we are hopefully on our way to one or more. As before, I am watching that nest box mightly closely!
