Rogue Agent

Here's a September surprise! Photography today showed an extended visit by a bird that looks all the world to me like a Gray Catbird. Usually they're entirely gone by August 19th or so. But I spotted one within a day of Hurricane Irene's visit last weekend. And I am wondering if I have the same, or another, possibly blown back by the storm. Our catbirds, I understand, winter at the coast. I have no idea if my rogue will return to its expected haunt, if this is a bird passing through, or if maybe the range expands just a bit west for this bird and I see a catbird all winter. It will be verrrrry interesting to see what happens!
