Delightful Songster

My office park has been a consistent junction point for birds of all kinds, perhaps because we abut a significant city park and a state wetland/gameland, and because we're rich in wide open space.  Throughout the year I see and hear species from Eastern Bluebirds to Blue Grosbeaks.  One of the most delightful regulars these days is Song Sparrow.  This otherwise nondescript bird provides the most enchanting music and they have serenaded me for many a lunch break.  It is especially pleasing as spring has been breaking out.  If only they favored my back yard as well!
