Traffic at the peanut butter feeder has picked up daily and one by one the more carnivorous species are joining the parade. Our latest is the Eastern Bluebirds, who in past years showed a pronounced taste for the flavorful spread. It's simply fascinating how many of these birds love peanut butter. And, interestingly it's very nearly a parallel list to the suet birds. I am not recalling any that go to the one but not the other. So the bluebirds are in... next in line should be the Yellow Rumped Warblers, assuming they ever show up at the feeders!
