Preparating For Snow...Again

That Piedmont rarity...the white stuff...threatens again this weekend. We are used to maybe three or four snow events a winter, and of those flurries are typical. But in December it's already done so three times and a big downfall--maybe the dreaded paralyzer-- is predicted for Sunday. It's time to prepare feeders! The weather domes are all in place, we have plenty of seed in stock, and the bird bath deicers have been checked. I'm all set. And the birds will do just fine. But I will have what I need to draw in a mob of birds when I'm confined to that cozy sunroom. I don't like snow, but when it snows, that's the way I like it.
