Two Mouths To Feed

An amazing sight at the feeders during dinner (ours, and theirs). Caught a look at two fledgling House Finches doing the "begging" flutter. We're certain of two juvies: there was debate on whether a third was involved, or if the breeding female was just crazed. But Dad did provide a few seeds and took off for the trees, followed by two ragamuffins, and that was the end of that story line. So there are starting to be more scenes involving young ones, now old enough to move about and get introduced to the feeder stations. I expect to see more in the coming weeks. Might get more interesting!
